PADA is a registered non-profit non-government association of parents and guardians of differently-abled adults.

OUR VISION
To Empower intellectually challenged adults for independent and inclusive living with experiential learning

OUR MISSION
☞ To Assist the parents in availing benefits from government schemes for people with disabilities.
☞ To Practice self-help and life-skills for dignified and independent living.
☞ To Provide exposure improve social interactions
☞ To Explore creativity and develop skills.
☞ To Train for better health and peace.

RAINBOW LEARNING CENTRE (RLC)
A project of PADA that supports adults with intellectual disabilities.
RLC trains adults with intellectual disabilities develop life skills and become as independent as possible.
Each student has an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) based on their own capabilities, goals and strengths.
